Season 5 Tell Me This: A Conversation with Dr. Dr. Lisa Schoenbrodt and Kayla Grange from Leadability, LLC

Hello Everyone.
Brianne and I are so excited to share a conversation we had with Dr. Lisa Schoenbrodt and Kayla Grange. Dr. Schonebrodt is a Professor at Loyola University Maryland and co-founder of Leadability, an organization whose mission is to provide services to support programs and curricula that train people to effectively and respectfully work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Kayla Grange identifies as an autistic adult and is a Self-Advocate Educator (SAE) at Leadability. In our conversation we explore definitions of belonging and the work of belonging for and with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We hope you enjoy our conversation.
With gratitude,
Carey and Brianne
